The Placement Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing
placement activities to support students in securing internships and full-time
employment. The role focuses on employer engagement, student career readiness, and
achieving placement objectives for the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Coordinate campus placements, internships, and recruitment drives.
- Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Maintain placement records, reports, and employer feedback.
- Organize job fairs, employer visits, and placement events.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to align student skills with industry needs.
- Monitor placement performance and achieve placement targets.
