Experience Required
Minimum 6–8 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years in a similar role at a reputed training
institute.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with service industry representatives to generate employment opportunities for
students. Maintain relationships with Airlines, Hotels, Travel Agencies, Hospitality organizations,
and other recruiters. Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.
Track student placement records and maintain placement databases. Guide students on career
opportunities, interview preparation, and employability skills. Coordinate with students, faculty, and
employers to ensure smooth placement processes. Conduct employer engagement activities and
develop new recruitment partnerships. Prepare placement reports and monitor placement targets
and outcomes.
Salary
30,000 – 45,000 per month
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and networking skills, strong industry contacts and employer relationship
management, ability to organize recruitment events and placement drives, and good administrative
and coordination abilities.
