- Liaison with industries for placement and internship opportunities.
- Arrange placement/internship drives.
- Analyze job opportunities and maintain beneficial relationships with HR managers and executives.
- Invite experts and arrange guest lectures for students
- Conduct programs for soft skills, mock interviews, and career development.
- Interact with alumni for placement and internship opportunities.
- Develop and maintain databases.
- Provide regular placement updates on social media and the website.
- Use MS Office tools and placement software.
- Train and motivate candidates as per company requirements.
- Manage corporate collaborations with new companies.
- Organize HR meets, job fairs, FDPs, etc.
- Coordinate with colleges for seminars, workshops, and MOUs.
- Conduct personality development lectures for students.
- Batch management, fresher's parties, send-off parties, and team management.
