About the Role

Will be responsible for driving student placements, building corporate partnerships, and ensuring strong career outcomes for students. The role sits at the intersection of academia and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and recruiters
• Coordinate internship and placement opportunities for students
• Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and career pathways
• Track placement data and generate reports

Experience & Skills Required:

• 3–4 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or career services in a University or stand-alone Business / Engineering School.
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Data management and reporting
