Placement Manager

About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced Placement Manager to lead our placement function, build strong employer relationships, and drive successful placement opportunities for students and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
• Identify and generate new placement opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end placement drives and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with HR teams and hiring managers across organizations.
• Build and maintain a strong employer network.
• Guide candidates through interview and placement processes.
• Track placement performance, recruiter engagement, and hiring outcomes.
• Lead and mentor the placement team.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in placements, EdTech, Healthcare, or Pharma.
• Strong corporate and recruiter networking skills.
• Experience managing placement/recruitment teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Proven ability to achieve placement targets.
