IWP Academy is one of India's leading skill development and professional training institutes, offering industry-oriented programs in Fashion Designing, Interior Designing, Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, Beauty & Cosmetology, Nursery & Primary Teacher Training (NPTT), Stenography, Fine Arts, and other professional courses. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Manager to strengthen our student placement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners.
  • Generate placement opportunities and organize campus recruitment drives.
  • Coordinate interviews, placement activities, and hiring events for students.
  • Ensure maximum student placements across all courses offered by the academy.
  • Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, and career development.
  • Maintain a database of employers, recruiters, and placement records.
  • Collaborate with academic and training teams to improve student employability.
  • Track placement performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify new industries and companies for placement partnerships.
  • Conduct employer engagement activities and strengthen corporate relations.
  • Ensure smooth communication between recruiters and students throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong corporate networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in campus placements and recruitment coordination.
  • Good negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in placement management, recruitment, talent acquisition, or corporate relations.
  • Prior experience in an educational institution, university, training institute, or skill development organization will be preferred.
