We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Manager to strengthen our student placement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners.
- Generate placement opportunities and organize campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate interviews, placement activities, and hiring events for students.
- Ensure maximum student placements across all courses offered by the academy.
- Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, and career development.
- Maintain a database of employers, recruiters, and placement records.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to improve student employability.
- Track placement performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify new industries and companies for placement partnerships.
- Conduct employer engagement activities and strengthen corporate relations.
- Ensure smooth communication between recruiters and students throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong corporate networking and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in campus placements and recruitment coordination.
- Good negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in placement management, recruitment, talent acquisition, or corporate relations.
- Prior experience in an educational institution, university, training institute, or skill development organization will be preferred.
