INMANTEC Institutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Manager to lead campus placement initiatives and strengthen corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters and corporate organizations.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement activities.
- Facilitate internships, live projects, and industry interactions for students.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, interviews, and assessment processes.
- Track placement data and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct employability enhancement programs and career guidance sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, corporate relations, or career services.
- Strong networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
