Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Placement Manager to lead and manage placement activities at ABBS Bangalore. This on-site role, located in West Bangalore, entails building and maintaining relationships with potential employers, coordinating placement opportunities, and organizing campus recruitment activities. The Placement Manager will liaise with faculty, guide students in career development, and ensure successful collaborations with industry partners to meet placement goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in career counseling, talent acquisition, or placement coordination
• Strong organizational and event management skills
• Understanding of industry trends and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and partnership development
• Proven ability to strategize and execute placement programs effectively
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred)
• Experience in the education sector or with corporate recruitment is a plus
