Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources
- 1-3 years of experience in placement leadership (preferably in EdTech, training, or finance sector).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale placements and corporate relations.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills with industry leaders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in campus recruitment at scale.
- Knowledge of finance industry roles (investment banking, equity research, risk management, accounting, etc.).
- Ability to design career development programs for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Placement Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive placement roadmap for finance students.
- Lead the placement team and ensure smooth execution of placement drives.
- Industry Partnerships
- Build and expand relationships with banks, investment firms, consulting companies, fintechs, and corporates.
- Negotiate and secure MoUs with organizations for internships and full-time roles.
- Student Career Services
- Oversee career counselling, resume workshops, and interview preparation sessions.
- Ensure students are industry-ready with both technical and soft skills.
- Recruitment & Coordination
- Organize campus drives, job fairs, and corporate networking events.
- Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling, feedback, and final selections.
- Data & Reporting
- Track placement statistics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Monitor industry trends to align course offerings with market demand.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with academic and training teams to bridge skill gaps.
- Partner with marketing teams to highlight placement success stories.
