Job Profile: The Placement Executive will assist the Training & Placement Cell in implementing campus recruitment activities and supporting day-to-day placement operations. The role focuses on execution, coordination, documentation, and student support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing day long on-campus and off-campus placement drives.
Coordinate logistics such as interview rooms, technical requirements, and student schedules.
Ensure availability of projectors, internet, laptops, and other technical support during drives, guest lecture and other events.
Manage student attendance and entry during events.
Maintain regular communication with eligible students and inform them about upcoming placement opportunities.
Provide on-ground support to company representatives during recruitment drives.
Verify student documents such as resumes, mark sheets, and ID cards before placement drives.
Support hospitality arrangements during company visits, guest lectures and events.
Maintain proper documentation related to recruitment drives and company visits.
Operational support in training activities such as aptitude training, soft skills sessions, and interview preparation workshops.
Assist the Head/Placement Manager in day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree is a plus.
Preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other data management tools.
