JOB DESCRIPTION – PLACEMENT COORDINATOR

Position: Placement Coordinator

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Salary: 15,000–20,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Placement / Institutional Relations

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Placement Coordinator to manage placement-related coordination and institutional outreach activities.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with colleges, universities, placement cells, Training & Placement Officers, and other institutional representatives. The role requires strong communication, regular follow-ups, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with colleges, universities, placement cells, and Training & Placement Officers.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with institutional contacts.
  • Conduct regular calls, emails, and follow-ups with colleges and institutions.
  • Coordinate placement drives, recruitment activities, and institutional sessions.
  • Communicate relevant placement opportunities and information to institutions and students.
  • Maintain and update databases of colleges, institutions, and contacts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, placement drives, sessions, and other institutional activities.
  • Follow up with institutions to ensure smooth execution of planned activities.
  • Support the expansion of the organization's institutional network.
  • Maintain records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and institutional responses.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on placement and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for the successful execution of placement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Confident in communicating with college representatives and institutional stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain databases and records accurately.
  • Professional and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to work with targets and deadlines.

Compensation

15,000–20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

The salary will be finalized after the probation period based on performance and organizational requirements.
