Placement Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator at NS3Edu's Gurgaon location. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for building and managing relationships with recruiting partners to facilitate student placements. Key tasks include coordinating placement activities, organizing career development sessions, conducting resume workshops, liaising with employers for job opportunities, and maintaining placement records. The individual will also act as a point of contact between the students and industry recruiters, ensuring a smooth placement process.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Organizational abilities for managing placement events and maintaining records
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and processes
• Familiarity with the IT education industry and understanding of tech job markets is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and other organizational platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and meet placement targets
