Position Overview:  

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Placement Coordinator Intern to assist in the coordination and execution of our placement activities. As an intern, you will work closely with the Placement Coordinator to bridge the gap between our students and placement opportunities, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with students regarding placement opportunities, interviews, and hiring updates.

- Assist in scheduling interviews, assessments, and recruitment drives.

- Maintain and update student placement records and databases.

- Support recruiter outreach and company follow-ups for job opportunities.

- Manage communication through email, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and placement portals.

- Track application status and maintain hiring reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA/PGDM.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Interest in HR, recruitment, placements, or career services.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
