Placement Intern (Coordinator)
Location: NSP, Delhi
Duration: 3 Months
Internship Stipend: 12,000 15,000 per month
PPO Opportunity: between 3 - 5 LPA CTC (based on performance)
About the Role:
We're looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and interactive individual to join our team as a Placement Intern (Coordinator). If you love connecting with people, have a knack for communication, and enjoy helping others find great career opportunities, this role is perfect for you!
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with students and companies for placement activities.
- Assist in onboarding new hiring partners and maintaining placement databases.
- Support HR and placement operations, including scheduling interviews and handling communication between candidates and recruiters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement drives and events.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, alumni, and recruiters.
What we are looking for:
- Energetic, friendly, and people-oriented, someone who enjoys talking and connecting!
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills (a must!).
- Basic HR knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A fresher or a new learner looking to grow in the HR and placement domain.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
