Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and circulate RFQs (Request for Quotations) to insurers on time
2. Coordinate with insurers/TPAs to resolve queries and gather quotations.
3. Evaluate quotes received from insurers based on coverage, premium, exclusions, and other terms.
4. Prepare quote comparison report (QCR) for review by internal team and clients.
5. Negotiating pricing, coverage, and terms with insurers.
6. Coordinate with insurers and internal team for finalization of policy documents.

Youre Awesome At -

1. Experience with Property, Casualty, Liability Products.
2. Knowledge and experience of working on Employee Benefits policies (GMC, GPA & GTL) will be good to have an added advantage.
3. Strong relationship-building capabilities across multiple levels of the organization.
4. Excellent oral and written communication.
5. Ability to engage with Insurance companies/TPAs across multiple regions, and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations. Utmost integrity and transparency.
6. Desire to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, fluid environment with changing priorities.
7. Strong ability to work independently, build processes that scale and manage one's time, with minimum oversight.
8. Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Willingness and ability to learn new hacks and tools quickly.

What are we looking for
