Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader – Embedded Software to oversee complex embedded software and control system programs within the automotive domain. This role demands technical expertise, leadership skills, and end-to-end program management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with global, cross-functional teams
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
- Drive execution using Agile, Adaptive, and Hybrid methodologies
- Ensure alignment with Automotive V-cycle and ASPICE processes
- Act as the primary interface for customers across Europe and the USA
- Lead and mentor large engineering teams
- Establish dashboards and metrics for program tracking
- Collaborate with sales teams for business growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related field
- 10–12 years of experience in embedded systems development and project/program management
- Proven experience in the automotive domain
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-site global programs
Technical Skills (Nice to have skills)
Include technical skills such as Embedded systems & control applications, Model-Based Design, Testing, Automotive communication protocols, Tools proficiency (dSPACE, NI LabVIEW, etc.), Programming languages, Configuration tools, etc.
Process & Methodologies
Knowledge of Automotive V-cycle, ASPICE, Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid models is advantageous.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and complex program dependencies
- Experience in global, cross-cultural environments
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent certification (or in progress)
- Experience in presales and customer engagement
- Exposure to ADAS, powertrain, connectivity, or control systems
