Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL solutions to support complex data migration and integration projects. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to data quality, and the ability to deliver scalable and high-performing database solutions within dynamic project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL components including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
• Support end-to-end data migration and integration activities across multiple source systems
• Analyze business and technical requirements to define scalable and efficient migration strategies
• Optimize SQL queries, batch processes, and data loading performance
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration and database-related issues
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout migration and integration processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project stakeholders
• Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
• Proven experience working on data migration and data integration projects
• Solid understanding of SQL performance tuning and query optimization techniques
• Experience handling large datasets and high-volume data processing
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of database design principles and data quality management
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative team environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration methodologies
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Knowledge of Oracle performance monitoring and tuning tools
