PL/SQL Developer

Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL solutions to support complex data migration and integration projects. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to data quality, and the ability to deliver scalable and high-performing database solutions within dynamic project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL components including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
- Support end-to-end data migration and integration activities across multiple source systems
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define scalable and efficient migration strategies
- Optimize SQL queries, batch processes, and data loading performance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration and database-related issues
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout migration and integration processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project stakeholders
- Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
- Proven experience working on data migration and data integration projects
- Solid understanding of SQL performance tuning and query optimization techniques
- Experience handling large datasets and high-volume data processing
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of database design principles and data quality management
- Ability to work independently and within collaborative team environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise or consulting environments
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration methodologies
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Knowledge of Oracle performance monitoring and tuning tools
