Designation - PL Operations Leader/Manager
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with US customers during US business hours
- 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Prior experience managing teams focused on:
- Scheduling and workforce planning
- Data analysis
- Real-Time Analysis (RTA)
- Strong experience in creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
