Key Responsibilities:
Piping Stress Analysis:
- Perform stress analysis using CAESAR II, Rohr2, or AutoPIPE.
- Evaluate thermal expansion, seismic, wind, steam hammer, and other dynamic loads on piping systems.
- Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1, B31.3, and other relevant codes and standards.
Design & Documentation Support:
- Review and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and general arrangement drawings.
- Prepare technical reports, stress analysis documentation, and support design reviews.
- Provide input on pipe support design and selection.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work with piping designers, civil/structural engineers, and project managers to resolve stress-related issues.
- Participate in field walkdowns and support construction and commissioning activities.
- Interface with clients and vendors to ensure technical requirements are met.
Project Management & Execution:
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Work under tight schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Be self-motivated, results-oriented, and flexible.
