We have an urgent requirement for Piping Stress Engineer (Power Plant and Oil and Gas) at Vadodara Location (MNC Client).
Hiring: Piping Stress Engineer - Power Plant Projects (EPC)
Location: Vadodara
International EPC Experience Preferred
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5-10 years
Employment Type: TPC- 1 Year extendable contract
Key Responpdmssibilities
- Perform piping stress analysis using Caesar II for power plant piping systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes: ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASTM, IS Codes, IBR, ASME BPVC
- Work within 3D modeling environments (PDMS / E3D) for detailed engineering
- Prepare and review pipe support designs, hanger datasheets, and selection of snubbers and rigid struts
- Act as Preparer / Responsible Engineer, leading independent design tasks
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams in international EPC projects
- Develop and review Piping Material Specifications, layouts, and perform support engineering
- Interface with other departments (Process, Mechanical, Civil, etc.) for integrated design
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in power plant piping stress analysis
- Proficient in Caesar II, PDMS/E3D
- Strong knowledge of international and Indian piping codes and standards
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
