Carrying out stress analysis activities as per critical line list Preparation of Piping stress analysis reports Coordination with other disciplines for the interdisciplinary information/checks Preparation of Spring index Preparation of Special Support drawing Checks and reviews vessel clip drawing Preparation of Pipe rack loading data Review of vendor prints related to pipe stress analysis Visual analysis and supporting of non-critical lines Mandatory Skills:- Caesar II, Nozzle-Pro, Knowledge of Codes and Standards

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Stress Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive stress analysis and ensuring the integrity and safety of piping systems. This role requires a deep understanding of industry standards and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Invitation to Bid (ITB) and other specifications to develop piping stress specifications.
• Prepare critical line lists and piping stress analysis specifications.
• Conduct stress analysis activities as per the critical line list.
• Prepare detailed piping stress analysis reports.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure interdisciplinary information and checks are accurate.
• Prepare spring index and special support drawings.
• Check and review vessel clip drawings.
• Prepare pipe rack loading data.
• Review vendor prints related to pipe stress analysis.
• Perform visual analysis and support of non-critical lines.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in Caesar II and Nozzle-Pro.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with additional piping stress analysis software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping stress analysis.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
