Job Description: Stress Analysis Engineer – CAESAR

Experience: 7-10 Years

Work Location: Vadodara

Responsibilitie

• sBachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Piping Design or related fiel
• dHands-on experience in Pipe Stress Analysis using CAESAR II
• .Strong knowledge of piping flexibility, thermal expansion, sustained and occasional load analysis
• .Experience in static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems
• .Sound knowledge of ASME B31.1 and/or ASME B31.3 codes
• .Must have experience in pipe support and spring hanger selection/design
• .Ability to interpret stress results and recommend design modifications
• .Experience in preparation of Pipe Stress Reports and supporting calculations
• .Assist assigned engineers & designers in resolution of technical engineering & design challenge
• sPreferred experience in Super Critical Boilers of Thermal Power Plant
• .Experience in reviewing 3D piping models for support and stress requirements
• .Familiarity with critical piping systems and high-temperature piping applications
• .Strong attention to detail with quality and accuracy mindset
• .Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead/mentor team members
