Job Description: Stress Analysis Engineer – CAESAR
Experience: 7-10 Years
Work Location: Vadodara
Responsibilitie
- sBachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Piping Design or related fiel
- dHands-on experience in Pipe Stress Analysis using CAESAR II
- .Strong knowledge of piping flexibility, thermal expansion, sustained and occasional load analysis
- .Experience in static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems
- .Sound knowledge of ASME B31.1 and/or ASME B31.3 codes
- .Must have experience in pipe support and spring hanger selection/design
- .Ability to interpret stress results and recommend design modifications
- .Experience in preparation of Pipe Stress Reports and supporting calculations
- .Assist assigned engineers & designers in resolution of technical engineering & design challenge
- sPreferred experience in Super Critical Boilers of Thermal Power Plant
- .Experience in reviewing 3D piping models for support and stress requirements
- .Familiarity with critical piping systems and high-temperature piping applications
- .Strong attention to detail with quality and accuracy mindset
- .Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead/mentor team members
