Key Responsibilities

  • Design and layout: Create detailed drawings, layouts, and blueprints for piping systems that transfer fluids like oil, gas, water, and chemicals.
  • Analysis and specifications: Perform mechanical, thermal, and vibration stress analyses and write technical specifications for equipment, materials, and construction.

Work Experience

  • Proficiency in piping design software like AutoCAD, SP3D, PDMS, or Caesar II.
  • Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards, such as ASME.
  • Experience in performing stress, thermal, and vibration analyses.
  • Ability to interpret and create technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Collaboration and communication skills to work with other engineers and project stakeholders.
