Piping Draughtsman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Piping Draughtsman to join our team on a contract basis at our Jhagadia (Bharuch) location. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting and detailing for the chemical industry and reside in Bharuch or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), equipment layouts, and pipe rack detailing.
• Interpret and understand Equipment G.A. (General Arrangement) drawings and piping standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software for drafting and detailing work.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the chemical industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with additional drafting software is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of piping standards and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Candidate must be a resident of Bharuch or nearby areas.

Contract Details:

• The position is on a contractual basis, with potential for extension based on project requirements.
