We are seeking a Senior Piping Analysis Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in piping stress analysis and design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimizing piping layouts for various projects.

Responsibilities

Conduct piping stress analysis using software tools like CAESAR II or similar.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for piping systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to piping design.
Collaborate with design teams to develop and optimize piping layouts.
Review and analyze existing piping systems for performance improvements.
Participate in design reviews and provide expert input on piping integrity and safety.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8-10 years of experience in piping analysis and design.
Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards such as ASME, API, and ASTM.
Proficiency in piping stress analysis software (e.g., CAESAR II, AutoPIPE).
Experience in finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
