Professionals with relevant design experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, and Petrochemical and having good knowledge in the following activities:

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Pipeline Engineer with minumun >5 years of proven experience in in Engineering & Project, Distribution Gas Pipelines, Greenfield, Brownfield Piping/Pipeline design and detailed Engineering for Oil & Gas for Conceptual Studies, Front End Engineering

design (FEED) and Detail Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform Onshore pipeline stress analysis in compliance with ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, and ASME B31.12 standards.
  • Review and apply Site Topographical Survey drawings and data. Preparation of Route Proposal.
  • Conduct desktop study / Preparation Google Earth map for overall pipeline and route proposal.
  • Pipeline Wall Thickness Calculations using ASME B31.3/31.4/31.8.
  • Desing Alignment Sheets, Technical Specifications, MTOs & BOQs
  • Material Requisitions, Data Sheets & Procurement Support.
  • Technical Bid Evaluation for Pipeline Material.
  • Review and provide engineering input / guidance for Overall Routing Maps and layouts, Plot Plans, Typical drawings.
  • Design Right of way (ROW) and Track crossing details and Existing Pipeline Crossings and crossing matrix
  • Pipeline Demolition Layout & Tie-in Schedule.
  • Provide quality control checks of all pipeline engineering documents and drawings.

Technical Skills

  • More than 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Familiar with the relevant International Standards, especially with ASME B31.4 and ASME B31.8, API 1102.
  • AutoCAD
