Description
We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fabricator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling piping systems according to specifications, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and dimensions.
- Fabricate and assemble piping systems using various materials such as steel, copper, and PVC.
- Conduct inspections and tests on completed piping systems to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations and practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in pipe fabrication or related field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with various pipe materials and fabrication techniques.
- Knowledge of welding processes and techniques, including MIG and TIG.
- Ability to use fabrication tools and equipment such as pipe benders, cutters, and welders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces.
