Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using PingOne and PingFederate

Configure and support SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0), federation, and trust relationships

Develop identity flows and orchestrations using Ping DaVinci (low-code/no-code)

Integrate IAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms, SaaS, and APIs

Automate IAM workflows using APIs, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and CI/CD

Perform platform operations including upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting

Monitor platform health, logs, and performance, ensuring security and compliance

Enforce IAM security best practices, including least privilege, strong authentication, and secure token handling

Document architecture, configurations, operational procedures, and user guides
