Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and provide operational support for PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID across EIAM/CIAM environments.
  • Monitor platform health, service availability, logs, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Perform configuration changes, policy clean-up, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and post-upgrade validation.
  • Troubleshoot LDAP, replication, performance, caching, authentication, and application integration issues.
  • Validate SP connections, authentication policies, adapters, and application flows.
  • Automate client credential creation, Client ID/Secret provisioning, scope configuration, and deployment activities.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
  • Enhance platform monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting.
  • Support CIAM migration initiatives, including environment preparation, deployment, testing, and defect resolution.
  • Contribute to cloud deployments focused on performance, high availability, and cost optimization.
  • Maintain operational runbooks, deployment documentation, health reports, and KT materials.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, LDAP, certificates, networking, authentication flows, and application integrations.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, scripting, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, release management, and documentation skills.
