Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Tata Play Fiber broadband services in assigned territories. The role involves customer acquisition, lead generation, field marketing activities, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Tata Play Fiber broadband and OTT services to potential customers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, societies, and local market activities.
  • Explain broadband plans, offers, and service benefits to customers.
  • Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with installation and support teams for customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis in assigned areas.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic customer concerns.

  • Basic understanding of broadband/internet services.
  • Ability to work independently in field sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
  • Graduation preferred.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Telecom Industries.
  • Prior experience in telecom, broadband, FMCG, or direct sales will be an added advantage.
