PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works within PFA to maintain a culture of safety and customer service mentality
- Assist in interdepartmental strategy sessions for PFA fleet and pilot deployments
- Assist with Pilot Operations Team and Fleet Maintenance Department coordination
- Assist in monitoring daily pilot logs and follow-up on challenges requiring support or troubleshooting
- Disseminate capture mission details and distribute work assignments to pilots
- Assist with airspace coordination, safety mapping, and flight planning change requests
- Manage team dashboards to provide adequate visibility to stakeholders
- Maintain proficiency in the position s commonly used software programs
- Be available occasionally after hours and during the weekend for assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Education or experience in Aviation Operations or Fleet Management
- Familiarity with aviation weather concepts
- Familiarity with United States ICAO airport codes
- Good spatial awareness and experience working with maps
- General awareness of FAA Part 91 and Part 135 operating guidelines
