Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CPL-Ground Instructor located in Thiruvananthapuram. The CPL-Ground Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality ground instruction, preparing lesson plans, conducting student evaluations, and coordinating with the rest of the team to ensure comprehensive training. The role also involves maintaining meticulous training records, providing constructive feedback, and staying updated with current regulations and standards in aviation training.

Qualifications

• A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with ground instruction and teaching experience
• Local language(Malayalam) proficiency
• Strong understanding of Air Navigation, Aviation laws, regulations, and standards
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create detailed lesson plans and instructional materials
• Proficiency in student evaluation and providing constructive feedback
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, continuous learning, and professional development
• Experience in a training environment and familiarity with modern training tools like the Learning Management System (LMS) and technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and adapt to evolving educational methodologies
