Reform by The Pilates Studio is a premium Pilates and wellness studio in Raipur, focused on posture, strength, flexibility, mobility, body alignment, and mindful movement through professional Pilates training and personalized client-focused sessions.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct Pilates, personal training, and group fitness sessions.

· Guide clients with correct posture, body alignment, breathing, movement, and technique.

· Support clients in improving core strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, posture, and overall fitness.

· Track client progress, measurements, transformation, and session performance.

· Ensure client safety, discipline, motivation, and a premium studio experience.

· Maintain studio standards, equipment hygiene, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Required Skills

· Pilates / Fitness / Yoga / Physiotherapy / Personal Training background preferred.

· Good communication and client-handling skills.

· Energetic, disciplined, presentable, and growth-oriented personality.

· Willingness to learn Pilates and build a long-term career in fitness and wellness.

· Certification in Pilates, Yoga, Fitness Training, Physiotherapy, or Sports Science will be an added advantage.
