- Conduct Pilates training sessions in both group and personal formats.
- Ensure correct form, posture, and breathing techniques for participants.
- Provide modifications and progressions to suit different fitness levels.
- Build a positive, engaging, and safe environment for members.
- Guide members on injury prevention, recovery support, and body alignment.
- Maintain high energy and motivation during sessions to enhance member experience.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness & Pilates techniques.
- Track member progress and provide personalized feedback
