Pickleball Court Captain

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Pickleball Court Captain based in Bengaluru. The Court Captain will be responsible for managing match schedules, organizing games, greeting and coordinating players, ensuring smooth game flow, and maintaining the court environment. The role also includes enforcing fair play rules, ensuring participants adhere to safety guidelines, and addressing any challenges that may arise during matches.

• Knowledge of pickleball rules, gameplay, and coordination of sports activities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse community
• Ability to resolve conflicts, ensure safety compliance, and promote a positive environment
• Sports enthusiasm, leadership experience in similar roles, or event coordination experience
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, based on match schedules
• Experience working within a sports or hospitality-related field is a plus
