Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Efficiently pick and prepare orders for shipment in alignment with Instamart's standards.
- Order Processing: Process and pack items accurately, ensuring compliance with Instamart's quality guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and report discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Organization: Assist in maintaining an organized and tidy warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at Instamart.
- Stock Replenishment: Support in replenishing stock and managing inventory levels as needed.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to order processing and inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Instamart's team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum of 12th Pass or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 - 6 months of experience in warehouse or logistics roles is advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and processing orders at Instamart.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain warehouse order at Instamart.
