Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to Blinkit standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of orders picked and packed.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock levels.
- Prepare packages for dispatch, ensuring they are securely packed.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Use handheld devices and software for order management.
- Participate in regular stock checks and audits.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Requirements
- Must have completed at least 12th grade (higher secondary education).
- Ability to read and understand order details and instructions.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving of packages.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
