Role Description The Piano Teacher role at WinQuest Online is a full-time remote position focused on delivering high-quality online piano instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching live virtual lessons, developing individualized learning plans, and providing clear feedback on technique, musicality, and practice habits. The Piano Teacher will introduce and reinforce music theory concepts, select appropriate repertoire, and support students in preparing for recitals, exams, or personal goals. The role also involves maintaining student progress records, communicating regularly with learners and caregivers, and collaborating with the broader teaching team to enhance the online learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong piano performance abilities, including proficiency in Piano Playing and Piano across various styles and levels.
- Experience in Piano Education and Music Education, with a background in designing structured lesson plans and progressive curricula.
- Solid understanding of Music Theory and the ability to explain concepts clearly and apply them in practical instruction.
- Prior online or in-person teaching experience, with effective communication skills and a learner-centered teaching approach.
