Key Responsibilities:

Perform Slimming/ Weight Loss services- Advance appliances

1. Execute hands on sessions with advance appliance efficiently.

2. Appliance usage/therapy session as per SOP always ensuring comfort to the client.

3. Use the most appropriate techniques (use of Resistance bands, Dumbbells, Stepper, Physio ball etc.) to improve physical fitness.

4. Play an active role in booking and execution of wellness therapies.

Client Consultation and Sales

1.Plan appropriate therapeutic exercise plan based on special needs of a client.

2.Explain exercise recommendations based on medical report of the client.

3.Perform supporting tasks whenever the Company organizes slimming events at any location.

Hygiene and Maintenance

1. Sterilize and maintain equipment, organize raw ingredients, and handle physiotherapy tools responsibly. Maintain proper slimming product stock and timely update the slimming head on stock requirement.

Client Referrals

1.Recognize and refer clients with skin/hair issues to the appropriate experts.

Administrative Tasks

1. Schedule appointments, maintain slimming service records, and generate required reports.

Continuous Improvement

1. Attend staff and training meetings upgrade skills and multitask as needed.

Reports to Slimming Head

Requirements:

Master of Physiotherapy MPT /Bachelor of applied Sciences Physiotherapy / Bachelor of Physiotherapy BPT / Graduate diploma of Health Sciences Exercise and Sports Science.

03 years experience in similar industry.

(NOTE: Willing to work in shifts, accept additional responsibilities, comfortable with transfers to other locations).
