Role Overview:
- Hospital (OPD & IPD exposure) and partner facility-based physiotherapy services
- Structured rehabilitation programs at partner healthcare facilities
- Community-oriented geriatric and mobility rehabilitation initiatives
- Exposure to varied patient profiles including post-operative, ortho, neuro and geriatric cases
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage OPD and IPD cases in hospital settings
- Deliver structured rehabilitation programs
- Provide geriatric rehabilitation, mobility training, fall prevention & strengthening protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
- Coordinate with doctors and facility administrators
- Maintain professional documentation and measurable progress tracking
- Support patient education and preventive physiotherapy programs
Ideal Candidate:
- BPT/MPT with at least 1 year of experience (Orthopaedics / Neurology/ Sports preferred)
- Strong command over patient handling, assessments, and planning
- Confident in managing the work independently
- Friendly communicator and ethical in patient dealings
- Maintain digital and physical records of daily patient treatments
