Job Description

  • Assess patients physical conditions and diagnose movement dysfunctions.

  • Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients.

  • Provide therapy for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and respiratory conditions.

  • Perform manual therapy, exercise therapy, and use electrotherapy modalities as required.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, ergonomics, and injury prevention.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.

  • Ensure proper hygiene and safety standards in the physiotherapy unit.

  • Conduct rehabilitation programs for post-surgical, stroke, or injury patients.

  • Assist in mobility training, gait training, and use of assistive devices.

  • Participate in health promotion, awareness programs, and community physiotherapy initiatives.

  • Stay updated with latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices.



  • Requirements

    QualificationBPT/MPT

  • 02 years of clinical experience for entry-level; experience in hospitals or rehabilitation centers preferred.

  • Experience in specialized areas such as orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, or cardiac rehabilitation is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.

  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Skilled in manual therapy, exercise therapy, and use of electrotherapy modalities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and caregivers.

  • Empathy, patience, and motivation skills to encourage patient adherence to therapy.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

  • Familiarity with physiotherapy equipment and devices.

  • Knowledge of patient safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.

  • Ability to maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.

  • Willingness to stay updated with latest physiotherapy practices and continuing education.
