• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments at patients homes.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on the patient's medical condition and functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric, post-operative, sports injury, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, mobility, pain management, and home safety.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and submit documentation on time.
• Coordinate with doctors, case managers, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Achieve high standards of patient satisfaction and quality care.

• Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Experience in home healthcare is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of post-operative rehabilitation protocols.
• Experience in neurological and geriatric rehabilitation.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
