Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and research-orientated physiotherapist to contribute to the development, validation, and clinical research of our next-generation fall-prevention and mobility solutions. The candidate will play a key role in product testing, biomechanics research, user trials, and clinical documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond traditional clinical practice and contribute to healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical studies related to fall risk, balance assessment, gait analysis, and elderly mobility. Design and conduct small-scale pilot studies and user trials.
  • Contribute to biomechanics-based product improvements.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to refine device ergonomics and functionality.
  • Help develop clinical protocols for product validation.
  • Clinical & Field Work: Conduct fall-risk assessments and balance evaluations.
  • Interact with elderly users during trials and gather feedback.
  • Support product fitting, usability testing, and comfort validation.
  • Provide physiotherapy insights into injury prevention strategies.
  • Documentation & Compliance Maintain detailed research documentation.
  • Assist in preparing clinical reports, grant documents, and research publications.
  • Support regulatory and ethical documentation processes where required.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT) OR Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (BPT) + Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of biomechanics, gait analysis, and fall prevention.
  • Interest in research and healthcare innovation.
  • Good documentation and analytical skills.
  • Comfort working with elderly populations.
