Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Rehabi Health's Thiruvananthapuram unit. The Physiotherapist will assess patients physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed physical examinations, prescribing exercises, providing manual therapy, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves documenting clinical findings, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, educating patients and families on home care and prevention, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives in the clinic.
Qualifications
- Clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, and development of treatment plans.
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and use of rehabilitation equipment and modalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, counseling, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle caseloads, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and follow clinic protocols.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, with valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Experience in rehabilitation or clinical physiotherapy settings is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram and support a patient-centered, affordable care model.
