The team focuses on accurate root cause diagnosis and clear, honest medical guidance, ensuring patients understand their path to recovery. Each patient's journey begins with a detailed consultation that identifies the source of pain and shapes a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan. Orthopaedic-led care, advanced diagnostics, and spine expertise support long-term recovery, strength, and confidence in movement while avoiding unnecessary surgeries, injections, and medications. * Hiring | Spine Specialist (Physiotherapist) – QI Spine*

 *Locations:* Mumbai | Delhi | Pune  I Bangalore

 *Role:*

• Diagnose patients through detailed consultations

• Provide personalized non-surgical spine treatment

• Deliver hands-on therapy and guide patients through exercises

• Monitor patient recovery and ensure the best treatment outcomes

• Educate patients on posture, lifestyle changes, and home exercise programs

• Maintain patient records and collaborate with the clinical team.

*Training & Benefits:*

• 1-Month Spine Specialist Training

• 2 Months of Clinical Mentorship

 *Salary* : ₹24,000–₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives.( depends on qualification & last drawn salary)

* Work Schedule:*

• Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• 6 working days with 1 weekly off

* Eligibility:*

• Minimum Qualification: BPTh.

* Mandatory:* 1.5-year bond.
