Role Description

We are looking for Physiotherapists specialising in Neuro Physiotherapy at Lifespark Technologies, IIT Bombay. The position is an on-site opportunity, based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include assessing patients with neurological conditions, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, implementing innovative therapy techniques, and monitoring progress. This role blends clinical practice with technology-enabled care delivery and structured data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and treating individuals with Parkinson's Disease and other neurological conditions
• Delivering in-person and telerehabilitation sessions
• Participating in clinical trials while ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and study protocols
• Completing and compiling accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Maintaining timely and structured patient data entry and management across digital platforms
• Using basic data tools (Excel/Sheets) for tracking assessments, outcomes, and study records
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (clinical, research, product, and tech)
• Monitoring patients and reporting emergency situations to appropriate senior team members

Requirements

• Familiarity with Parkinson's Disease, relevant clinical terminology, and neurological assessments
• Experience in patient handling and rehabilitation planning
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, written, and spoken communication skills
• Ability to maintain timely documentation and data accuracy
• Basic computer literacy including MS Excel/ EDC
• Digital documentation platforms
• Telehealth tools
• Comfort working in a technology-driven clinical environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient assessment, therapy planning, and progress evaluation in the physiotherapy domain
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, with a specialization in Neurological Physiotherapy preferred
• Relevant experience or internship work in neurorehabilitation is an advantage
