Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in neuro-rehabilitation and musculoskeletal recovery to support clinical deployments, patient sessions, and product validation for our AI & VR-based rehabilitation platform. The role involves working with clinicians, supporting patient therapy sessions, and providing clinical feedback to our product and research teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy sessions for patients in neuro-rehab and MSK categories (stroke, TBI, post-operative rehab, balance, gait training, etc.)
- Assess patient conditions and design therapy plans aligned with VR protocols
- Monitor progress, record outcomes, and ensure high patient engagement and adherence
- Collaborate with patients, clinical product team to refine therapy modules, exercises, and outcome measures
- Train and support hospital partners, therapists, and technicians on the use of Wundrsight's VR rehabilitation workflows
- Follow clinical SOPs for safety, data recording, and escalation protocols
- Participate in clinical pilots, case studies, and therapy outcome documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BPT / MPT (Neuro, Ortho, or Sports specialization preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital, rehab centre, or private practice
- Strong understanding of neuro-rehabilitation, gait training, balance therapy, or MSK rehab
- Comfortable working with technology-enabled therapy platforms
- Excellent patient communication, empathy, and motivational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (neuro, psychology, PT, OT)
Good to Have
- Experience in stroke rehab, vestibular therapy, post-surgery ortho rehab, or geriatric rehab
- Prior exposure to digital health, AI, VR, or tech-assisted therapy solutions
- Interest in research, clinical outcomes, and protocol development
