Job Description: Neuro-physiotherapist (Home care therapist)

• Location: Mumbai (Bandra Kurla Complex)
• CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Fixed, can be increased based on experience) + Fuel/Field Allowances
• Experience: minimum 4 years as physiotherapist with home care experience. Candidate must work on neuro segment and preferably has experience in neuro robotics.
• Education: BPT/MPT (neuro)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neuro Physiotherapist to join our specialized neuro-rehabilitation team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy directly to patients in their homes. You will work with individuals recovering from or living with neurological conditions, focusing on maximizing their functional independence, mobility, and quality of life within their familiar environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Goal Setting: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients neurological conditions, functional mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. Establish realistic, patient-centered short-term and long-term goals.

Treatment Planning & Delivery: Design and implement personalized neuro-rehabilitation programs utilizing advanced techniques.

Home Environment Evaluation: Assess the patient's home environment to recommend modifications, assistive devices, or adaptive equipment to ensure safety and enhance independence.

Patient & Caregiver Education: Educate family members and caregivers on safe transferring techniques, positioning, and home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care.

Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.

Collaborative Care: Coordinate closely with the clinic's multidisciplinary team (including neurologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists) to provide holistic care.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) is mandatory or MPT in Neurology (Master of Physiotherapy) is highly preferred.

Experience: atleast 4 years of experience in neuro-rehabilitation (hospital, clinic, or home care setting).

Clinical Skills: Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, neuroplasticity, and specialized neuro-rehab techniques.

Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with patients and their families.

Logistics: Must be willing to travel to patient locations within assigned zones.
