Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru East. The role involves assessing patients, diagnosing physical conditions, and designing personalized treatment plans to help optimize recovery and enhance movement. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, advising on injury prevention techniques, and monitoring patient progress to adjust treatments accordingly. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and ensuring patients comfort and satisfaction are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis techniques, and treatment planning
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation practices
• Understanding of injury prevention and recovery strategies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members
• Attention to detail and the ability to monitor and adjust therapy programs as needed
• Degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's or Master's) from a recognized institution
• Licensure or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in India
• Previous experience in pediatric, orthopedic, or sports physiotherapy is an advantage
