Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Physiotherapist based in Kochi. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized care plans for elderly patients, aimed at improving their mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Daily tasks will include patient assessments, conducting therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, providing pain management strategies, and maintaining detailed treatment records. The role will require collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in patient assessments, therapeutic exercise planning, and manual therapy techniques
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation practices and geriatric-specific conditions
  • Ability to provide pain management strategies and support functional mobility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with caregivers
  • Attention to detail for maintaining accurate treatment records and monitoring patient progress
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT)
  • Previous experience in geriatric or rehabilitative care is an advantage
